The Landing at Greyhound Park is an affordable apartment community in Commerce City, Colorado. Every home here is income-restricted. That means the rent is lower than at most other apartments. What “income-restricted” meanS

Income-restricted apartments have rent limits set by housing programs. These homes are for households that earn under a certain amount each year.

The Landing at Greyhound Park has two types of homes: 30% AMI and 60% AMI. AMI stands for Area Median Income. It is the middle income for Adams County, where our community is located.

Your household income means the money earned by everyone who will live in the home, added together, before taxes. If that total is at or under the limit for your household size, you may qualify.

2026 Income Limits for Adams County

Count everyone who will live in the home, including children. Find that number in the tables below. If your total household income is at or under the amount shown, you may qualify for that type of home. Your gross income also needs to be at least 2 times the rent. So if a unit rents for $1,620 a month, your household must earn $3,240 or more each month. That works out to about $38,880 a year.

How to apply

1. Complete your application. Apply online here or visit our leasing office at 6230 Glencoe St, Commerce City. Our team will review it and send you a list of documents to bring.

2. Gather your documents. Having everything ready makes approval faster:

A photo ID for every adult who will live in the home
Proof of income — Your last 4 pay stubs, and any and all other income received (Social Security, disability, retirement, child support, self-employment, or unemployment)
Social Security numbers for everyone in the household
A signed form that lets us check your rental history for the last 3 years

3. Final review. Our team checks your file. Then our Compliance Auditor gives the final okay. If your file is complete, this usually takes about 2 business days.
